SUPPORT DESK

Customer Support & Tickets

Handle subscription, connection, international route, client and refund issues through one ticket system. Before submitting, include your platform, what happened and the troubleshooting steps you have tried to reduce back-and-forth.

Recommended Channel

Ticket Center

Tickets are best for account-related issues that can be verified, including subscription status, traffic resets, plan upgrades, payment records, client imports, route connections and refund requests. Relevant details stay in the same conversation for easier follow-up.

Tickets are handled based on the submission queue and issue type. Connection problems usually require checking your platform and route details first; payment and refund requests require matching transaction records, so no fixed response time is promised. Please avoid opening multiple tickets for the same issue.

ISSUE ROUTING

Prepare the Right Details

The more specific your submission, the more easily it can enter the right troubleshooting process. Share only information needed to resolve the issue; never paste a password or your full subscription URL in the description.

What to Include for Subscription & Traffic Issues
State your current plan, what happened around the activation date and which panel details do not match your expectations. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated over the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire.
What to Include for Connection or Route Issues
Specify whether you are using Windows, macOS, iOS, Android or Linux, along with the selected region, route type and any error shown by the client. If you switched international routes, describe what happened before and after the change.
What to Include for Client Import Issues
Tell us the client platform, which screen the import process stops at and what message appears during subscription updates. Do not submit the full subscription URL; if verification is needed, support will explain a safe way to proceed in the ticket.
What to Include for Payment & Refund Issues
State whether you paid with Alipay, WeChat Pay or USDT, and describe the current order status. VPNKL offers a 30-day refund policy; submit the request through the Ticket Center so the relevant subscription and payment records can be verified.
Is an Email Address Required to Register?
No email address is required; you can register with a username and password. Keep your username and password secure, and sign in to the corresponding account when submitting a ticket.
